About the Gallery

Michelle Kirkegaard and Mary Forseth are owners of the gallery. Although they each have backgrounds in education, they have always had a strong interest and appreciation in the arts. Between the two of them, they have more than 20 years of experience in the art world and are proud to call Whistler home.

In the supporting roles are Liz Harris, curatorial assistant and gallery right hand, and Sheree Blanch, designer extraordinaire and gallery left hand.

With each of these unique personalities, the gallery has evolved into a warm and comfortable place to view and contemplate artwork.

PURCHASING ART

• Artwork on Approval: it is not unusual for local area clients to either take artwork home on approval or for the gallery to deliver larger items to your home for final approval. Many of our pieces may need to be seen in the specific environment before determining if the piece is appropriate. Arrangements can be made with the gallery director.
• Layaway Terms: Clients may purchase artwork on a layaway plan. Payments are made over 10 months with no interest charges. 25% down plus 9 monthly payments.
